Enhanced Senior Care Model for Kerala/Kochi: "Kerala Community Care Network (KCCN)" The Kerala Community Care Network (KCCN) Model is a common platform owned by the Community to provide welbeing and happiness to senior citizens. Speciality of this platform is the non-hierarchical nature where senior citizens are in the center. This model is developed by the Center of Excellence for Developing Age-Friendly Communities (CEDAC) with an effort to strengthen the community and social actions to build an age-friendly State.
On this platform, individuals, NGOs, CBOs collaborate and network with a common agenda aligned to the National and State Government policies.

This model is scalable and adaptable to diverse cultural contexts, ensuring that seniors in Kerala and Kochi have access to holistic care that is culturally appropriate, technologically advanced, and supported by government and community stakeholders
